What to expect at IntegratePHYSIO
Your first appointment matters. We listen to your story, understand how the injury happened, and assess what's limiting your movement. No rushed consultations here. Our physiotherapists take time to examine you properly, ask the right questions, and build a treatment plan that works for your life.
We treat musculoskeletal injuries and sporting damage with the same precision and care. Whether you've strained something lifting boxes or pushed too hard on the field, we know how to get you moving again. The process is straightforward. You come in, we figure out what's wrong, and we show you how to fix it.
Our clinics in Warner and Narangba are equipped with everything needed for proper assessment and treatment. We use hands-on techniques, exercise prescription, and practical advice to address the root cause, not just the pain. Recovery takes commitment from both of us, but the results speak for themselves.

Common questions
Do I need a GP referral?
No referral is needed for any of our services. Book directly online or by phone. If you have a GP care plan or EPC referral, we're happy to work under that.
Do you accept health fund rebates?
Yes, we accept all major health funds via HICAPS, processing your rebate on the spot. We also work with WorkCover, DVA and Medicare EPC plans.
How long is a typical appointment?
Initial assessments are 60 minutes so we can thoroughly understand your condition and goals. Follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes. We never rush a consult.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Comfortable clothing for the area being treated, any relevant scans or referral letters, and your Medicare and health fund cards for on-the-spot claiming.
Are you NDIS registered?
Yes, IntegratePHYSIO is a registered NDIS provider. We see participants on plan-managed and agency-managed plans. Contact us and we'll help coordinate the paperwork.
